The SLT at Winton have completed a school improvement plan. The sections are Teaching and Learning, Behaviour and Safety, Attainment and Achievement and Leadership and Management. The document entitled School Improvement Plan Overview gives a one sided summary. The other plans are detailed plans that show how we are going to achieve the performance indicators.
