Winners of the House Cup 2009
Donatello, has high expectations for its students. Excellent attendance, punctuality, organisation, behaviour and discipline are key features that are embedded in Donatello students.
Students hold positions of responsibility, including prefects, senior monitors, house captains and class representatives for the student council. All these students are role models for Donatello and support the staff in achieving the high expectations set.
An important feature of house ethos is celebrating success. We take every opportunity to recognise success and celebrate it on regular occasions including house assemblies, rewards such as student of the week and on the house notice board. We also intend to further expand this with a house newsletter.
Within the house system we try to install a level of healthy competition amongst all the houses. Regular inter house competitions are organised, on the sports field and around the college including the house cup, which is currently held by Donatello.
