We operate two systems at the academies: iPay for use of the school canteen, and ArborPay for equipment and trips. These are two separate systems and you will need an account for both.
For technical support, please first refer to the iPay help guide here. If you are still having issues with your account, please email email@example.com. You will need a child reference code to sign up for the first time to add funds to your child's iPay account. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not have this code.
Please note that we cannot use money from ArborPay for payments in the canteen.

If you have not logged in to the parent portal before then you can either download the Arbor app (for iOS and Android) or access the Parent Portal website. You can then request a new password, using the email address registered with us (this will be the email address that you receive communications to).
If you are registered on Arbor for a previous school then you may find that you will need to log in using the desktop Parent Portal via the specific school links below:
