Is your child in Year 10 at a Dorset School?
Have they received all of the vaccinations they are entitled to?
These are:
-Tetanus, Diphtheria and Polio
-Meningitis ACWY
-HPV
If not, please call us on 01425 891162 option 2 to discuss the vaccination options or email dhc.immsenquiries@nhs.net with your child’s name, date of birth, school and a contact number and we will contact you.
